Light Stimulation Device (LSD)™

The Light Stimulation Device (LSD)™ is in development as a free and open source research and therapeutic device built on the Arduino platform. You can download circuit diagrams, parts lists, and source code on github.

Many users of this device report psychedelic effects. Some claim that the pineal gland is stimulated which causes DMT to be released into the brain.

Similar devices like the Lucia No. 3 and the Anja Light retail for $25,000 and $6,000 respectively. People are paying $1 / minute to access such devices from therapists and other healers.

The LSD is meant to be easily built with off the shelf parts for under $100.

Brain Wave Stimulation

The LSD allows users to experiment with altering their brain waves.

DMT

Some users believe that light stimulation can cause the brain to release the powerful psychedelic N,N-Dimethyltryptamine (DMT or N,N-DMT).

Relaxing and achieved full color 3D moving visual and patterns; subtle out of body experience; life insights; technical solutions to engineering problems; and general subtle heart opening and peaceful experience. Worth doing again!

Light Stimulation on VICE

In this deleted scene from HAMILTON'S PHARMACOPEIA, Hamilton meets with Marina Masic of Lumina NY to receive light therapy that provides a similar experience to DMT.

Gamma (40hz) Light Stimulation for Alzheimer’s

MIT neuroscientists in the lab of Professor Li-Huei Tsai at The Picower Institute for Learning and Memory are studying whether sensory stimulation -- light and/or sound -- can reduce Alzheimer's disease pathology and improve memory by increasing the power of gamma rhythms in the brain.
